About Me

Welcome! I’m Teresa and this is my blog. Thank you for stopping by.

I began this blog in 2012 as a place to share my study abroad experience in Cambridge, England. Now, I am using the blog to write about my experience as a Mission Leader with Saint Paul’s Outreach (SPO), a Catholic college outreach. I spent a year at Seton Hall University in New Jersey and am now serving at Texas State University.

My background is in literature, art, and education. I am passionate about people’s stories and the way they tell them through written or spoken words, visual art, conversation, or performance. One of my favorite parts of working with college students in campus ministry is hearing their stories and walking with them as they create more of their story. Because I love hearing stories and learning about new things and people, I write about a wide variety of things in this space!

My Catholic faith is the rock that guides my life. Getting to know Jesus has been life-changing! As I share my journey as a missionary, this blog will also be a place where I can share my own faith journey. I hope you find some words or scripture on these pages that inspires your own faith journey. If you do, I’d love to hear about it! Click on the “Contact Me” link above to share your story.

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog. It means a lot to me. I’d love to hear from you in the comments or on the “Contact Me” page. Enjoy!
